Teaching

“Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.” ~Anne Isabella Thackeray Ritchie

Teaching is an underrated intelligence that I have been working to strengthen as an undergrad student.  I want to show students that it’s alright if you don’t understand a concept immediately–with discipline and determination, you can learn anything.

Since Spring 2015, I have worked as a freelance tutor in STEM and English.

In Fall 2017, I started working as a Learning Assistant for BMB 251, an introductory cell biology course.
